Packing & loading

New drums and jumbo bags

Sealed, marked to your instruction, and chosen for how your market handles cargo.

New packaging only

Three packings, one standard of care

All cargo is supplied in new, unused packaging — sealed, marked to the buyer's instruction, and selected against the destination market's handling capability and duty treatment.

Each unit carries grade, net weight, batch and production date, origin, and the buyer's shipping mark where instructed at the time of contract.

Loading figures are typical and remain subject to the carrier's payload limit for the nominated container and the tare weight of the packing supplied. Final quantities are confirmed on the packing list and the SGS Certificate of Weight.

Steel drums

New mild-steel drums, seam-welded and lidded, stacked and secured for sea freight. The default choice where cargo is broken down and hauled by road at destination, or where drums are re-used on site.

Jumbo bags

Heat-resistant polymer bags that melt into the mixing plant with the bitumen, leaving no drum residue and no disposal cost. Preferred by asphalt plants running continuous production.

Securing for sea freight

Drums are loaded upright and braced; jumbo bags are loaded flat and dunnaged. Container stuffing is witnessed and photographed, and the record is released with the shipping documents on request.
